Background: American Broadcasting Company (ABC) is a television network, part of Disney since 1996. They are not directly involved in game development, but Disney uses the logo on ABC-based licenses.



1st Logo
(2004)

Logo: The still ABC logo sharing the screen with Buena Vista Interactive's logo with a copyright stamp to Touchstone Television.ABC & Buena Vista (2004)

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Can be found on Alias.



2nd Logo
(2006)





Logo: We can see the ABC logo colored in brown, while the curve appears and begin running around the circle. The logo then fades to black.

FX/SFX: The curve running.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Can be found on Desperate Housewives.



3rd Logo
(2008-2009)

Nickname: "Start Here"

Logo: On a bright gray surface, the selection set emerges and rotates. It contains four ABC circles each having different device inside (two portables, the computer, the TV). When the set shows us every picture, it compresses into a single circle with an arrow, which immediately reverts to ABC logo. The water drops appear around, and the words "start here" are drawn to the right.

Variant: The still print version was seen on Grey's Anatomy for NDS.

Trivia: This logo is based on the 2008 ABC ident logo.

FX/SFX: The whole logo in CGI.

Music/Sounds: Several synth jingles and tapping sounds at the background, plus the voice says: "Anytime. Anywhere. ABC. Start Here".

Availability: Appears on Lost: Via Domus.


4th Logo
(2008, 2010)

ABC (2010)ABC (NDS version, 2008)

Logo: Just a common ABC corporate shield, lying on a black or white background.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Appears on Wipeout for Nintendo DS. White background appears on Dancing with the Stars.



5th Logo
(2011)

Nickname: "Start Here II"

Logo: Basically the same water-rotating action as in the 3rd logo, but with some brown color tone. The background looks different here and the final result includes ABC shield only.ABC (2011 - Game version)

FX/SFX: See 3rd logo.

Music/Sounds: Same concept as in the 3rd logo, but other voice and no "start here".

Availability: Appears on Wipeout 2 for Wii.


6th Logo
(2013)
ABC 2013


Logo: Same as the 2013 ABC Entertainment logo, however there's no "ABC ENTERTAINENT" or copyright stamp.

FX/SFX: Same as the 2013 ABC Entertainment logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 2013 ABC Entertainment logo, however when the logo zooms out, we hear a male voice-over saying "ABC".

Availability: Appears on Wipeout: Create and Crash for Wii U.
