Background
: Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures is the successor of Buena Vista Pictures Distribution and is the distribution unit of The Walt Disney Company. The company distributes films from Disney's Walt Disney Pictures, Marvel Studios and Touchstone Pictures labels.

(October 26, 2007- )

Logo: An ending in-credit text reading "Distributed by WALT DISNEY STUDIOS MOTION PICTURES".

FX/SFX: Either scrolling up (like the rest of the closing credits) or fading in.

Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme to the film.

Availability: Common. Can be seen on Walt Disney Pictures and Touchstone Pictures films, starting with Dan in Real Life in 2007. Starting in 2012, the logo began to be seen on DreamWorks Pictures films (which are released under the Touchstone banner), starting with I Am Number Four and Marvel Studios films, starting with The Avengers. Current prints of films from the time frame that have had post-2007 theatrical reissues (such as The Lion King) could have this logo plaster the 1983 Buena Vista Pictures Distribution logo, much like the Buena Vista Pictures Distribution logo don't expect this to appear on Miramax Films titles from 2007 to 2010.

Scare Factor: None.
