Background: Slap Happy Cartoons Inc. is a Canadian animation company founded by Kathy Antonsen Rocchio, Vito Viscomi, Greg Sullivan, and Josh Mepham.
Logo: On a white background, we see the words SLAP HAPPY in black. The S then hits the L, causing all the letters to turn different colors. The words cartoons inc. writes itself in cursive beneath the logo.
