Background: Scary Madison is an off-shot brand of the Adam Sandler's production company Happy Madison, launched to create horror movies. Its first (and so far, only) movie was The Shortcut.

Logo: On a night background with dark plant silhouettes, the company name SCARY MADISON appears underlined. We zoom in, and the words are entangled by some plants.
FX/SFX: The plant stalks surrounding the letters.
