Nickname: "The Hotel"

Logo:
On a sunny evening, many African-Americans are shown having fun on top of a roof. The camera pans down to reveal a big house. We pan to a window featuring a family eating dinner. We pan down even further to reveal a man and a woman on a romantic date, drinking wine. We go down even further to reveal a red door. A man tickles his children. When this happens, the yellow-brown text:

Our StOries

illuminates from the house. We zoom out to reveal the entire house. Birds fly above it. The sunny sky fades to turn into night. The byline "AN RLJ COMPANY" fades below the logo.
