Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (1992): Sonic runs in from one side of the screen, forming one part of the SEGA logo, and then the other side, completing the logo.

Sonic The Hedgehog 3 (1994): The SEGA logo fades in, but once the "SEGA!" chant finishes, the background turns black and Sonic comes in from the left side of the screen.

Sonic and Knuckles (1994): The SEGA logo fades in, but once the "SEGA!" chant finishes, the background turns into Angel Island, where we see the Death Egg crashing into a volcano. Once the Death Egg lands, the SEGA logo starts vibrating, then splits in two and exits off either side of the screen.

Sonic 3D Blast (1996): The Genesis version has the logo forming through some sort of wave - when it's formed, a man screams "SEGA!" and the logo exits, letter by letter, coming towards the screen.
The Saturn version just has a silent, still version of the SEGA logo fading in and out.

SEGA (Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, 16:9)
Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed (2012): Same as the 1991 logo, but is remade in HD graphics albeit zoomed in.
