Logo Descriptions and capture by Sagan Blob
Background: It's the TV counterpart of the company Four By Two Films, also founded and owned by Sacha Baron Cohen.

Logo: On a white background, we see a blue shield contains four images (from L-R-A-B: Eagle Horse, Crown, Cabbage, and a leaf(?)). Below it there are texts read "FOUR", and smaller "By Two", with "Television" below it.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: A 3-note patriotic fanfare.
