Logo: We zoom out to the skyline, then we pan down as the spotlights move, then we stop as we see the words "CHICAGO" in blue Broadway font with the filmstrip underneath and "PICTURES" underneath.
FX/SFX: The panning, and the spotlights.
Music/Sounds: Some drums, reverse cymbal and an Asian flute.
